CLIENT SERVICES CONSULTANT
Job Summary: The Client Services Consultant will primarily prospect for new clients by emailing, networking, cold calling, or advertising, and effectively plan persuasive approaches or pitches that will generate sales for the Company. He/She must develop the pipeline of new business, achieve sales metrics, and provide support that will continually improve the relationship with current and future clients. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the Company can provide, and of the Company’s competitors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prospect for potential new clients and acquire new clients and/or new business via various channels and generate effective contracts that drive revenues.
Cold call and emailing as appropriate within a market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging network.
Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals as necessary.
Utilize a consultative sales strategy to effectively drive client’s hiring initiatives.
Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Negotiates contract terms and fee agreements with clients within the approved guidelines. Handles objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Uses a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
Follows up on existing clients to evaluate service relationship and enquire for potential new sales opportunities.
Network: Participates in local professional business and civic organizations to promote company recognition
Accurately updates CRM database with information to track daily activities, sales leads, clients’ information, and contracts details.
Plans, prepares, and delivers presentations (Powerpoint, Excel, Word).
Researches and learns Company services, market, and competitors.
Partner and collaborate with recruiters on new opportunities.
Tracks sales activities to meet and exceed individual, team, and branch sales goals (weekly gross margin, # of accounts, GM%, and weekly revenue)
Achieves minimum monthly revenue and gross profit performance standards.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and proactively with little supervision
Must be able to effectively management multiple demands, objectives, and deadlines
Flexible enough to be out in the field selling but also able to be in the office and support the inside staff
Ability to sell top down at all levels in a company regardless of the industry
Strong sales presentation and persuasion skills to close on business deals
Education, Experience, Licensing/Certification Requirements:
2-4 years of staffing sales experience working in multi-industries
Minimum Associate Degree or two plus years of relevant work experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong experience with cold calling on Hiring Managers, Human Resources Processionals, and Company Leaders.
